Tillie Mitchell, MSW, LCSW

Tillie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate.  She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for her Graduate studies and holds a Master of Social Work Degree.  She also holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in American Sign Language from Gardner-Webb University.

 

She works primarily with Children utilizing infant mental health, child-centered play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches.

 

Tillie believes that the counseling process should be a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and empowerment.

Tillie also serves as Art of Therapy Center's Infant Mental Health Director.
